Mechanical Constructions

Since the beginning Fulgosi Giovanni S.r.l. did of the mechanical constructions a real specialization activity thanks to which has been obtained qualifications and acknowledgments. With the most prestigious projects there is also the manufacturing of the column’s frame of the “Agip-Eleonora” deck that is currently in service in the Adriatic sea. Other special constructions are fabricated according to drawing and specifications of the Customers or Designed, Manufactured, Welded, Heat Treated and Non Destructively Tested according to their relevant international standards, i.e.:

The Engineering department always design according to the most known relevant standards such as ASME VIII div.1 & 2, ISO EN 13445, etc., with the support of the most advanced tools in terms of Hardware and Software even in the processes validation area. All pressure vessels fabricated in series pass through a path of prototype phase and subsequent burst, usury, aging tests and anything can supply effective indications for the improvement of both operational and safety parameters of the vessel. Point of force of the unit planning in Fulgosi Giovanni S.r.l. is also the advantage to be always in tightened contact with the production department and, therefore, to have the opportunity to share on daily basis all the problematic that are manifested above all in the delicate phase of realization of new products and/or the adoption of new technical solutions in the field of the constant research and technological innovation pursued in all the operating areas.
